Our Partners

The supervisory bodies of the Brain Institute – AP-HP, CNRS, INSERM and Sorbonne University – have been present at the Institute’s side since its creation and are now helping it to develop through financial and human investment. Its researchers, its “strike force”, are mostly from its supervisory bodies and work within the Institute, where they benefit from cutting-edge technological research platforms, a high-performance Biological Resource Centre and the development of multidisciplinary translational research.

Assistance Publique Hôpitaux de Paris – AP-HP

As a public health establishment under the authority of the City of Paris, the AP-HP provides care, teaching, medical research, prevention, health education and emergency medical assistance. The AP-HP has 38 hospitals or hospital groups as well as Hospitalisation A Domicile (HAD). The Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris has given the ICM a 4,400 m2 plot of land on the site of the Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital.
