Summary

Imaging

From Electrophysiology to Imaging

CELIS-ePHYS works closely with CELIS-Imaging to reinforce funcionnal studies. CELIS-Imaging is equiped with sensitive system for calcium imaging or high-content imaging of fluroresenctly-tagged neurons.

Services

  • Calcium and dynamic imaging signaling test
    • Multiple calcium indicators (Fluo-4, Fluo-8, Rhod-2, fura-2)
  • 2/3D imaging with widefield and confocal systems
    • For analysis at subcellular level, higher-resolution capabilities for better structural/ special information

Equipment

Zeiss Axio-Observer 7
Widefield inverted microscope with an incubator (“Videomicroscope”) for time-lapse imaging.
With 3 cameras: 1 Hamamatsu ORCA-Flash4 and 2 Hamamatsu ORCA Fusion for live and dynamic and colocalization acquisition

Models

  • Primary cultures
  • Organoids
  • iPS cells

Portfolio

  • Epileptic disorders
  • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
  • Microglia and inflammation
